◉ PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

Overview

Alloy R26 is Fe – NI – Co – Cr precipitation hardening type deformation of high temperature alloy, long-term use of C – 570 °C temperature range of 540 °C, the highest temperature can reach 677 C, add element of a Cr, mo alloy solid solution strengthening, high to low titanium, aluminum form y aging strengthening phase, while drilling elements made of titanium, aluminum solubility in the solid solution is reduced, prompted y phase precipitation amount increase, so as to improvel the thermal stability of y, reduce y ‘phase of the stacking fault energy.

Refractaloy 26 (W.Nr. 1.2888) is a high heat resistant alloy of nickel, chromium, cobalt and iron, possessing high creep and endurance strengths along with high ductility at elevated temperatures.  It responds to precipitation-hardening heat treatment.   The composite properties of the alloy are superior, it has excellent resistance to relaxation, anti creep property, permanence property and resistance to stress corrosion resistance,no notch sensitivity.

The nickel-based refractory R26  combines excellent creep resistance and good hot chemical properties. Its characteristics make it a preferred candidate for the most difficult applications.
